EMBRAC3D
Group and Intensives available
About This Group
Phase I: Discover is the first step in the EMBRAC3D process — a structured, trauma-informed healing experience created specifically for men who want to step out of secrecy and begin rebuilding trust and integrity in their relationships.
This is a group for men who are ready for honest work in a safe, guided environment.
Over eight weeks, we will gently and directly explore the patterns that often remain hidden — secrecy, compartmentalization, minimizing, defensiveness, avoidance. Not to shame. Not to attack. But to understand.
When we understand clearly, we can change responsibly.
Grounded in the Deceptive Sexuality and Trauma (DST) framework developed by Omar Minwalla, this phase helps men move from isolation and self-protection toward empathy, ownership, and relational integrity.
Discover is where clarity begins — and where real change becomes possible.
What Commitment Looks Like
This is not a drop-in group. It is a structured, sequential process.
Each week builds on the last.
Participants agree to:
- Attend all 8 Tuesday evening sessions
- Arrive on time and remain present for the full session
- Complete weekly reflection and integration work between meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all group members
- Be engaged in individual therapy (current or initiated during the group)
Consistent participation creates safety — and safety allows meaningful growth.
If you are unsure about your readiness, we welcome a conversation before registration.
Who This Group Is For
This group is for men who:
- Have engaged in deceptive or hidden sexual behaviors
- Want to understand the full relational impact of those behaviors
- Are willing to take responsibility without defensiveness or justification
- Desire to rebuild integrity from the inside out
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You simply need to be willing.
The EMBRAC3D Journey
This group is the first phase of a three-part transformational process:
Phase I – Discover (Illumination)
Ending Secrecy. Understanding Harm. Seeing the Full Story.
Phase II – Dedicate (Application)
Building Structures of Integrity. Practicing Accountability.
Phase III – Deliver (Transformation)
Delivering Safety. Living Relational Integrity.
Each phase builds on the one before it. Phase I lays the foundation.

Parenting Classes: Raising Resilient, Connected Kids
Our parenting classes are designed to help you move from reacting to your child’s behavior… available online and in person in certain locations to truly understanding it.
About This Course
Grounded in the proven principles of Love and Logic Magic for Early Childhood and the connection-based approach of Dr. Becky Kennedy’s Good Inside, this course equips parents with practical tools to build stronger relationships, set effective limits, and raise emotionally resilient children.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t about “perfect parenting” or controlling behavior.
It’s about learning how to:
- Stay calm and confident in hard moments
- Respond instead of react
- Understand the “why” behind your child’s behavior

3. Setting Boundaries with Confidence
Use clear, respectful limits that your child can understand and respond to—without yelling, threats, or power struggles.
4. Natural Consequences that Teach
From Love and Logic Magic for Early Childhood, learn how to allow safe, real-life consequences to do the teaching—so you don’t have to.
5. Ending Power Struggles
Shift from control-based parenting to collaboration, reducing defiance, shutdowns, and constant conflict.

Raise kids who can handle disappointment, frustration, and failure—without falling apart or avoiding challenges.

Rise & Regulate: Social and Emotional Skills Group for Kids
Helping kids grow strong minds and confident hearts.
About This Group
Sometimes kids carry big feelings they don’t yet know how to manage. Frustration, stress, anxiety, and social challenges can make everyday situations—school, friendships, and family life—feel overwhelming.
As a parent, it’s hard to watch your child struggle and not know exactly how to help.
You want them to feel confident.
You want them to handle stress better.
You want them to build friendships and believe in themselves.
The good news?
Your child doesn’t have to figure it out alone.
The Rise & Regulate Social and Emotional Skills Group is designed to help kids learn practical tools for understanding their emotions, building resilience, and navigating the social world with confidence.
Is Your Child Struggling With…
Big emotions that seem difficult to manage? Low confidence or self-doubt? Stress at school or in friendships? Feeling overwhelmed or shutting down when things get hard?
Many kids simply haven’t been taught the emotional tools they need yet. And that’s okay.
In this group, we create a supportive environment where kids can-
learn, practice, and grow together.
Your child will develop skills such as:
- Emotional regulation
- Building emotional resilience
- Increasing confidence
- Developing social skills
- Managing stress
- Learning healthy coping strategies
- Building a positive mindset
- Strengthening problem-solving skills
These tools can make a lasting difference—not just now, but throughout their teenage years and into adulthood.
